By using the services of Labourwala Dehradun, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Services
Labourwala Dehradun is a manpower and domestic staffing service provider. All workers are engaged on a
contractual basis and do not hold permanent employment status with Labourwala.
2. Service Period & Notice
Workers are required to complete the agreed service period. Any early termination must be informed in
writing as per the agreement. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of dues and legal action.
3. Conduct & Responsibility
Workers must perform their duties honestly, professionally, and responsibly. Any misconduct, negligence,
or behavior damaging to the company or client’s reputation may lead to immediate termination.
4. Leave Policy
Leaves are permitted only with prior approval. Unauthorized leave or absence beyond permitted limits may
result in salary deduction, service termination, or further action.
5. Confidentiality
All personal, client, and company-related information must be kept confidential. Sharing such information
with any third party is strictly prohibited.1. Nature of Services
6. Non‑Solicitation
Workers are not allowed to directly work with Labourwala’s clients during or after the contract period
without written permission.
7. Transfer & Deployment
Labourwala Dehradun reserves the right to transfer or deploy workers to different locations as per service
requirements.
8. Termination Rights
The company reserves the right to terminate services without prior notice in case of misconduct, breach of
contract, or disciplinary issues.
9. Governing Law
All disputes shall be subject to Indian laws, and the jurisdiction shall be Dehradun, Uttarakhand only.
