refund policy carefully before availing any service.
1. No Refund After Service Initiation
Once a worker/staff member has been assigned, deployed, or the service has started, no refund will be
applicable under any circumstances.
2. Contract Breach or Early Exit
If a worker leaves the assignment before completing the agreed period, violates contractual terms, or acts
against company or client instructions, any amount paid shall be non-refundable.
3. Non‑Attendance or Unauthorized Leave
In cases of unauthorized absence, non-attendance, or failure to complete required working days, no refund
or adjustment will be provided.
4. Administrative & Processing Charges
All registration fees, verification charges, onboarding fees, and administrative costs (if applicable) are
strictly non-refundable.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to refunds shall be governed by the Terms & Conditions mentioned below and
resolved under applicable Indian laws
